ARQUITEX TECHNOLOGY S.L, is a Company located in Zaragoza (Spain), dedicated to the manufacturing of covers and accessories for the wind industry, as well as flexible water tanks and other industrial covers. ARQUITEX TECHNOLOGY S.L, has implemented a Quality Management System in the manufacturing process of covers and protections for industrial components, based on the compliance with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard.

The Management of ARQUITEX TECHNOLOGY S.L, is committed to provide the necessary resources to meet with these and other applicable requirements, as well as those defined by customers and legal and regulatory ones, that are for application and want to manifest through this document their conviction and commitment that:

Quality is a key factor in the survival and growth of the company and must be assumed responsibly by all its components, starting with Management.

In ARQUITEX TECHNOLOGY S.L, it is prioritized the quality in the provision of the service and customer satisfaction, which will always be subject for improvement through critical and rigorous analysis of service execution and product manufacturing.

With the collaboration of all members of ARQUITEX TECHNOLOGY S.L, and using this document as a reference, the organization’s quality objectives will be achieved.

In this way, ARQUITEX TECHNOLOGY S.L assumes the following main milestones:

Providing services and products that meet the highest market demands and expectations, both in terms of meeting deadlines as well as intrinsic quality of our services. In addition, they commit to keeping up-to-date with the applicable legislation and complying with all legal and regulatory requirements established in terms of quality.

Ensure that the services and products offered are secure, reliable and comply with the conditions, regulations and applicable instructions. And that they adapt to the requirements and expectations of their clients and improve constantly.

Never stop in the increase of satisfaction of our clients.

Generate and stimulate a proactive environment between employees adapting the work to them, integrating in a common objective, enhancing the training and knowledge in the planning and, improving communications to help in the team work, the individual acknowledgement and suggestions for improvement.

Investigating and developing appropriated measures for failure analysis, identifying causes and establishing correcting measures to prevent from repetition as a measure of constant improvement.

Keep permanent contact with clients and providers, with the objective to be able to jointly collaborate in the improvement of Quality in services and products.

Achieve and maintain the quality and security level required to guarantee the continuity of the business in a proper way, even in adverse situations.

The Management of the Company is aware that it has the responsibility and leadership of the obtaining of the Quality level proposed. In that sense it provides and it will provide all the human, technical and economic necessary resources to achieve and it will promote the principles that represent ARQUITEX TECHNOLOGY S.L:

Work: predisposition of the personnel to competently comply with the client requirements.

Innovation: personnel participation, in the proposal of new ideas that tend to increase satisfaction of our customers and employees. To be updated of the new technologies.

Annually, the Management will establish specific objectives for each management system compatible with the strategic direction of the Organization. This policy provides a reference to establish and revise the system goals, being communicated to all the Organization and revised for the adaptation when is considered necessary.

The Management analyse risks in quality of the services and customer satisfaction that affect the correct operation of the business and will propose appropriated rules and measures to minimise them.

It is the responsibility of the organization of ARQUITEX TECHNOLOGY S.L, the mandatory compliance with what is established in the Quality system, and mainly of the people in charge of carrying out activities included in the aforementioned system. All the personnel of the organization has to assume the responsibility to maintain the quality of services, client satisfaction and compliance of the organizational processes.
